Dr. Gustavo Colberg

Dr. Gustavo Colberg, born in Mayagüez in the 1960s, is a renowned plastic surgeon with a distinguished career in Puerto Rico. He completed his primary studies at Colegio San Agustín in 1983 and then obtained his Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medical at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, between 1983 and 1986. Later, he transferred to the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico, where he obtained his Doctorate in Medicine in 1990.

Between 1990 and 1995, Dr. Colberg specialized in General Surgery at the Mayagüez Medical Center. Seeking to broaden his experience, he moved to Long Island, New York, where he trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery between 1995 and 1997. Since his return to Puerto Rico, he has established a private practice in the western region, providing high-quality cosmetic surgery services.

Dr. Colberg specializes in cosmetic surgery, with a particular focus on silicone implants to enhance and contour the breasts, buttocks, calves, and biceps. He also performs facial implant procedures for the chin, cheekbones, and jawline. Additionally, he is an expert in body contouring surgery including abdominoplasty, liposuction, breast reduction, male nipple reduction, and post-mastectomy reconstruction.
